Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to confirm and secure all transportation bookings. This deposit ensures your reservation is held and scheduled accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit amount.
• In the event of a no-show at the pickup location, the full deposit will be retained and additional charges may apply.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new request, subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of verified emergencies or extreme weather conditions, at the sole discretion of RRL Transportation management.
